Purchased a VW camper conversion in October 2023 and was very impressed with Nick's customer service and engagement from initial enquiry, collection and post sale.  Roll on to April 2026 and I noticed the solar panel had started delaminating it's covering (nothing to do with workmanship on installation). I contacted Nick on the off chance he add any info on the supplier so I could pursue my enquiry with them. 4 days later a new solar panel arrived at my door. Nick took it upon himself to pursue the enquiry with the supplier who agreed to replace under their warranty and at zero cost to myself. December 2025 and having just collected my 2020 Transit Custom L2H2 from Campervandom I am overjoyed with the finish. Nick and his team are true professionals who carried out a full conversion to the highest quality. Being in the motor trade myself and having worked at McLaren cars I know about quality, fit and finish . Campervandom are in this category and are always happy to adapt and add things as per customers needs. Nick was ever so patient and always prompt with replies. From the first call to handover, we felt like valued customers. As newcomers to van life, we appreciated how clearly Nick explained our options and helped design a conversion that exceeded our expectations — even in a SWB Transporter. The workmanship and components are excellent, with clever storage and plenty of comfort for two adults and a dog, without feeling cluttered. The van was ready on the agreed date — our first time even seeing it, as we bought the used van remotely from a VW dealer and had it delivered directly to Campervandom. All our beginner questions were answered clearly at handover. We headed straight off on a 3,500-mile trip across Europe, on and off-grid. We needed help a few times learning the features, and Nick was always available, patient, and reassuring. A genuinely quality company — friendly, professional, and kind. I have just had my VWT6 changed from the traditional rock and roll type conversion to u shaped. Absolutely over the moon with my van. It looks amazing! Couldn't be happier with the overall service from start to finish. Nick was extremely helpful in advising and answering my many questions! Prompt replys to emails/phone calls.
